According to the legend, the lake was created by the fingernails of gods so the lake is called Nakki Lake because Nakki means finger nails.

Adhar Devi Temple : At the very short distance of 3 km outside the town of Mount Abu, Adhar Devi Temple is also a must-see site. The temple has been cut out from a single rock. This amazing temple has a flight of some 200 steps and the place offer a panorama of superb beauty.
